Custom multilingual fields

Hi, I'm relaunched a multilingual site with virtuemart 3.2.2 joomla 3.7.2 I noticed that custom fields can not translate how can I do it?

Hi, I saw that it is only in English and German, I also need Spanish, Italian and French

You can use it for each language.

English and German are only the included languages for backend configuration labels.
