Stylize order_done.php

Hi.
I need stylize order done page. I want add any div around this and make any beautifull css for it.
But when i change any in order_done.php, changes dont show. If i delete this php page, cart work great. Where is the problem? Final page isnt generate from /components/com_virtuemart/views/cart/tmpl/order_done.php ?
i haVE j3.7.2 and vm 3.0.16
