Cannot register trought checkout

Dear all,
I have problem, that when I want to buy some product and I want to register trhought checkout it is not working. There is just still animation that it is working.

Then after I press Esc and I check joomla account administration I can see new user, but this account is not activated.

Please could you advice me, where can be problem. I cannot find solution trought google.

I use plugin "one page checkout for virtuemart" from this webpage http://vmonepage.com. 

VM 3.2.0, joomla 3.6.5, PHP 5.4.46

disable your plugin -> if it is working, ask the developer of this plugin

update to vm 3.2.2

So I am back. After some advice joomlaproffs wrote me, that they do not have time for free support, so I would like to ask you again for help?

1. I checked if registration in joomla is turned on - it is turned on
2. I already tried to set up all shopper fields as "not required" - still the same, cannot register

Please, is there something more, what I can try?

We don't know the code of your extension. It seems you must pay for support of your extension or disable it.

so they are saying they are not interested in fixing their ext. for VM3.2.2 or that it works in 3.2.2?
