Bug - purchase interval

Hi,
we found a problem with the amount of purchase interval. For example: an item has set a minimum purchase quantity of 12, and there are 20 pieces available in stock, from the product details I select 24 pieces and I place it in the cart, but in the cart are inserted 28 pieces.

I just tested this on vm3.2.2 and cant reproduce. I get 12 then, which is correct. 2*12 = 24, is higher than 20. So it uses then the next possible value.

The bug is present in vm 3.2.1 and vm 3.2.4, I describe the bug with an example:
I have a 10 item buyable item at 4-step step, if in the cart 9 or 10 or 11 the quantity can be changed to 8 and the buyer can finish the order but if it puts 12 or 13 or 16 or 20 etc. .. the cart modifies it to 12-piece quantity that is greater than the availability that is 10 but the buyer can not send the order and does not understand what the cause is ...
