[Solved]Unable to Save Vendor Information (VM3.20)

I am unable to update the Vendor Information at administrator/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=user&task=editshop

The error is: vmError: Save failed with the following error: Username in use.

Any advice?

What I want to explain with the link above. You must tell a bit more. Is this an updated store, or a new fresh store? Do you change the name of the vendor? Did you ever changed the info on this installation?

Yes, it is a VM> VM3 store, same owner.  However, the link you provided above appears to have solved the problem.
