Hi guys

I just saw this WordPress propaganda https://woocommerce.com/2013/05/case-study-moving-from-virtuemart-to-woocommerce/  and wonder how much of this is justified and true? Can anyone update if this is valid comments etc

cheers!
Success in the long run Its not about the code its about the people and community that's make it!
Its not what you say its what you do that matters!

That is very old and refers to VM2 rather than the far superior VM3.  Woo people are probably getting a bit worried because VirtueMart will soon be Wordpress compatible......

the last comment on that post was 5 years ago.. totally irrelevant to the current situation with VM3

Having done some work on WooCommerce sites I would go with VM3 any day

Me, too. A couple of years ago I was given the pleasure of migrating a store from Woo/WP to J/VM. The WordPress database setup is diabolical.
