Custom fields steps in picking value

Hello,

I'm trying to make a product which has a really long list of customization options. So my idea was to put steps between selecting the variant of the product.
So lets say I have 1000 different size options. I want to first select what size ranges you want, for example 1-99, 100-199, etc. and after that I can pick 1-9, 10-19, etc. and after that i can pick the final size I want. Is this possible with standard functionality or do I need to make a plugin for this?
