Categories title Multilanguage

Hello there,

i have a problem with multilanguage concerning the categories title.

As you can see when you change language the cat title doesn't change until you refresh the page. You can see it on the module in the frontpage but also in the page title of a vm item.

the current vm version is vm 3.0.18 and latest joomla version.

Also sef is on.

is there any solution about this?
