Plugin to add second email address to low stock notification

Hi,

I have a requirement to add / manipulate the email address where low stock notifications are sent.

I was wondering if I could do this via a plugin? i.e. use a hook to fire after low stock notification is sent?

I am trying to avoid hacking core files, however as a backup to the above request, where can I find the code to edit for low stock notifications?

if your hosting provide cPanel you can set up an email forwarder.
