PayPal Express integration - Paying job

I need someone to do a job for me.  I use Joomla 3.3.6 with VM3.0.6 ?   I think, I can't find where to find current VM version. My site uses Cloud hosting through Netregistry.
I am trying to integrate PayPal express checkout into my site. 
I've used other sites where it is not neccessary for a guest to enter their name or address. The cart pulls their details from their paypal address and then returns to the cart to add shipping. 
I've got Paypal express in there and it works, but the customer still has to enter their name and address.
Can anyone help out?

Test on a backup copy of your site, if you are using a commercial Jomomla/VM template then you may need to make some edits to the overrides files.
