VM Search Not functioning

Joomla: 3.6.5
VM: 3.0.18
The VM search module is not working.
When I enter the product name  into the field, it reverts a blank page.
If I use the Joomla search module, I am able to locate the product, when I enter the product name.

What could be the reason.

Testing VM3.2.5.9653 on J!3.8

Also check the settings in VM Configuration > Product Order Settings > Available Search Fields.
