View extra fields and manufacturer at checkout and email

Hello, I have already researched and read several topics, but I could not apply to my VM3. I need the extra fields and the manufacturer's name to be displayed in the checkout and in the email sent to the client. How could I do this and in which file? I'm a beginner.
