Add to cart not translat in French and in German

I have a problem concerning the translation of Add to cart in French and in German knowing that I have two languages fr_FR er de-DE does not translate I check in the file virtuemart.ini of the French langur Found this directive COM_VIRTUEMART_CART_ADD_TO = "Add to Cart"

Did you install the french and german VirtueMart language packs from here? http://virtuemart.net/community/translations
You also need to add the two languages in VirtueMart configuration > Shop tab > Language Settings > Multilingual Shop.
