help!!! VIRTUEMART "add cart" not working

when I click button "add cart" just refresh my product page not going to cart page where my client should select quantity and payment option???
how to solve this kind of bug???

your link does not work for me.. First things to try is turn off any addons or plugins running in vm that are not built in.. Process of ilimination. Do you haver any errors shown in browser consol..

Check you have not got multple plugins or components running loads oif different jquery.

Have you looked and seen that he is running off localmachine and most likely has his site configured to try SSL
