HI:

Joomla: 3.6.2
VirtueMart 3.0.18

I created account "B" with shopper group"A", But the account B will back to "Default" from "A" after finished order successfully. I tried to recreate a new shopper group or adjust "default" to "A", however same as before, back to "Default".

How to solve it?

THANK YOU!

Milbo

You keep the default shoppergroup. If you dont want that, you must set it in your new shoppergroup

Hi:

I don't get it. I have created a new shopper group"A" already and turned account B from "Default" to "A".

First when login by B, its shopper group is "A" (This is what I want)

After finished order then login by B again, its shopper group go back "Default" (This is my question)

Does the shopper group should remain to consistency? How it will change from new group I created to default every time?

THANK YOU!

Milbo

HI:

Of cause this account B has registered, or how B login in?

Now the point is that B is registered and marked as group A for sure, its group will turn back from A to default automatically after finished order.

THANK YOU!

I am sorry that I asked for such a basic, but the described behaviour makes no sense, therefore the reason I look for other banal reasons.

Of course, there exists 3rd party plugins, pushing shoppers in groups. But we never had the problem, that a shopper loses his shoppergroups. Please try again with http://dev.virtuemart.net/attachments/download/1034/com_virtuemart.3.0.18.5_extract_first.zip (reupped)

So I am not hunting an already solved problem.

I actually found it. The error happened only for admins, so I did not notice it. I reupp the 3.0.18.5, so you can test. Please use reupped version
