Is latest version 3.0.18 compatible for iPhone

Joomla 3.6 virtuemart 3.0.18
Just upgraded from vm 3.0.16 and now am not able to consistently choose multi variant or option when adding to cart. If I pick blue it adds red to the cart. 

Also the page seems to refresh and load when selecting an option. This is not good for the fast or impatient customers who are fast clickers.
