How to modify the Order Information page

Where can I go to change the layout of the Order Information page.  if you see in the attached the Discount column is running into the Total column.  I would like to adjust the column headers so they will fit.

oreder/detail_items.php    is the file

most of the time you can adjust the TH width

but you might need to just add a text align center for the TD
