layout of child category

Hello!
I have a problem with layout of my children category. In categories layout is OK, actually browse view(with title of category and orderby-displaynumber....) and category-view above.
But when i have a subcategories(children categories) the order is wrong. i have a category-view first and browse-view above (Title of category)

How can i fix this problem ?
