set product price and vat not working

Hi all,
Just noticed that set product price is not working anymore...
Before I could set final price, select vat and calculate baseprice.
Right now nothing happens? anyone have a solution.
Joomla 3.6.1 - vm 3.0.16
using 2 vat items (b2b and b2c)
b2b = vat over order
b2c = vat per product
Screen is in Dutch
