Double email notification [SOLVED]

Hello,
after making an order on the website, both the user and the vendor, receive 2 emails the same order.
In the website i use One Page Checkout component.
How can i fix this issue?

Anyway i solved the issue.
It is a setting for OPC in "After Checkout" tab.
i uncheck the option "Email fix VM3".

doesn't change the fact that vm3.0.16 is the fix for email problems in J3.5.1

well, thank you, but i see in virtuemart.net that the download for virtuemart 3.0.16 is not yet available

there is a thread somewhere where there are some reports of edge bugs but I have updated all mine with no reported problems
