Category listing based on locations

Hello Everybody,

We are developing our website on Joomla 3.5.x/Virtuemart 3.0

Some of ur products are perishable in nature and some of them are heavy.

Is there a way in VM 3.0 that allows us to display categories to user based on their location. Is there a way to ask the user their location based on which the categories can be listed?

Our website (under development) www.theorganicfarm.in It would help in understanding the nature of our products.

Hi,
I added for a customer, messages when he have restriction,in product details and in the cart, last week
If you need i can write  a plugin, to display a message and prevent the add to cart, checking the address entered by the user and category.
Your need is similar to what i wote, so i can do it in some hours.
