Hi,

I recently started working on virtuemart 3.0.16. Everything works fine except the virtuemart side admin menu was not visible with the latest installation. I tried searching in web but not able to find the answer. I have attached the image for comparison with my other installation.

Can you please help me with this.

It is possible that you have a failed install of VM. Using Joomla's extensions manager install again the main VM component followed by the aio component. You don't lose any data or configuration by doing that.

Thanks Jenkinhill,

I reinstalled VM, AIO after a full site backup. The same issue persists & the side menu was not visible.

Hi GJC Web Design,

Thanks for your suggestion. I am using the default Joomla Admin template only.

I just compared both the source codes and noticed that the side menu source code is missing in one file.

Both sites are using VM 3.0.16, J3.5.1 and running on same server.

I don't know how this happened
