Hi All,
I am having a few issues since I updated to the most recent VM (3.0.16) and Joomla (3.5.1), most of these issues I have resolved however there is one outstanding that I just cannot figure out.

When I attempt to add or modify a shipping address it just doesn't work. I don't appear to get any error messages at all (even with all debugging features turned on).

When I say not working above I mean I can fill in all of the address fields and then click save. After doing so I am redirected to the main "Your account details" page. The address is not saved anywhere, and no error messages appear. The same thing happens if I try and edit the bill to address on this page. The changes are not saved and I am redirected back to the page.

Due to the nature of the website I am not able to provide login details of it, however, if anyone would like to have a more in depth look please don't hesitate to email or pm me.

Thanks in advance,
mtg

I have made all menu items and menus public and I still cannot modify any addresses

mrtechguy

I might also point out that I cannot edit the bill to address either. It just redirects back to the incorrect bill to address when I click save

mrtechguy

Does anyone have any ideas on this. I'm starting to get rather desperate. Is there any paid support available?
