Virtuemart use Joomla rights. So you need to chekc this.

pangolim, you don't give your versions, but there does appear to be some VirtueMart ACL problems wiith Joomla 3.5  -  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=128401.0

The ACL docs are here:  http://docs.virtuemart.net/manual/general-concepts/185-administrative-frontend-access-with-acl.html

Thanks for the reply.

I'm using joomla 3.5 and the VirtueMart 3.0.14.

The problem persist. When I flow your link to Permitions - in the Joomla rights config, the guest permitions are look to permited...

Configure ACL & Options - Allowed
Access Administration Interface  - Allowed

I try and try to change, but it seams to be locked... and turn always to Allowed. That's not ok because every visitor of the website enter in the administration os Virtuemart.
Somo thing is missining me?

Thanks again

Do a copy of your site(in case you cannot reinstall it)
Remove Virtuemart in the Joomla extention manager
reinstall Virtuemart from Joomla extention manager
The database should not be removed and the ACL should be OK.
I had 1 time same problem on updating Virtuemart and this solved the problem.
Another way, is to modify the ACL in mysql directly.
Another problem can be that the guest group do not exist, or are set to have all rights in your Joomla config?
Last possible problem, is that your site was already hacked before your Joomla update ?

Thanks Studio 42!

Your perdition was 100% right. We follow your instructions, re-install Virtuemart and all ACL permission were back to normal.
No product was lost!

Thanks again for your time and expertises
