How do we use issue a refund (in VirtueMart) to an order that paid us by credit card?
I have already set the order status to "refunded" and also tried "cancelled" but the customer has not yet received his refund. Can anyone help me?
We are using VirtueMart 1.1.9 I know its no longer supported but I don't know how else to get any support for this product we have been using for years.
