invoice pdf doesn't print everything

Hi there, newb here so i apologize if this has been asked to death (if so please provide a link and i'll read it
Using Joomla 3.4.1 with VirtueMart 3.0.8 . We have only a couple items on our website such as engraving that do not print out on the invoice copy at all, and it is for some reason because the person has to enter text, because if i take out the plug-in it will show up on the invoice (however, then we don't know what they want engraved). To explain more, for the engraving option, the person selects what style they want first (either script or block lettering), then they type the words they want engraved into the text box.  It looks fine in the email confirmation but it completely disappears on the pdf invoice, no product prints at all, just the totals on the bottom of the page, so the invoice is unusable. It does show up in the print view but that is not a very nice layout.  Thanks for any assistance.

First it is vital that you update!!!  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0   - test updates with a backup of your site first.

I assume you are using custom fields, as your account is not really clear. Update first and see if the problem is fixed.
