When Checking out get blank screen

Hi there,

I have recently installed Virtuemart to offer community members the options to buy services, such as promotion on the website.  The payment method is Alphauserpoints ( I have the extension installed).  I have aslo set the payment method us to use alpha points.   When I add an item to the cart and then go to checkout I am brought to a blank screen.  I have more alphapoints than the cost of the product. Can anyone help me with this?

Hey thanks for the quick reply.  I have logged into my ftp site and checked the error logs (which appear to be huge!)   I have no real technical experience so building this community is mostly trial and error, so I really appreciate your help.

no .. it is redeclaring the JConfig::$live_site somewhere

IMHO the config $live_site should never be filled .. I think it is only useful on a Windows server

if you try your site now does a new fatal error log appear?

Otherwise it could be an Apache syntax error.. to see that on a shared server u normally need to ask your host or turn up all logging on the site and it may show
