Virtuemart Megatraffic plugin shows your users an illusion about the movement of the product selling. It makes them think that the product is being sold in real-time continuously.

Example:
The product quantity begins with 300% and will decrease 1 until for randomly every 1 - 10 seconds until it reaches the actual quantity of products in stock.

via small popup window in the left bottom corner of the page.
