OK so your versions are seriously out of date.  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=118683.0

And the URL is?   And what is the other module?  You want to display recently viewed "at the left before other module".  Too much guesswork.

www.ledshopeurope.com/nuono/
if you go in  twoo different products you can see a recently product at the end of the page.
I want the recently viewed items are shown on the left, but what I see is not handled by a module

That has to be one of the worst Joomla/VM templates that I have seen. It is loading so much css and JavaScript to power the frilly bits that it sometimes freezes and it certainly is not user friendly.

I can see your problem though, but I suspect you really will have to go to the template developer to make the changes you want.  In normal "default" VirtueMart the related products are displayed by the sublayout, components/com_virtuemart/sublayouts/related.php the position of which is determined in components/com_virtuemart/views/productdetails/tmpl/default.php
BUT you are using template overrides, so those files are already heavily modified from the default, which means that we cannot help.

antho I just reread your first message - you mentioned  Recently Viewed - they are displayed using the module, VirtueMart Products, which your template builder has apparently overriden. You may be able to assign it to another template user position, maybe a left column or sidecol. But that then becomes a Joomla not a VM question.

... I rather would get a new template. Indeed it took a pretty long while for loading, which is especially bad for smartphone users...
