We just began receiving emails from PayPal stating ...

IPNs sent to the following URL(s) are failing:

http://www.ordersafety.com/index.php?option=com_virtuemart&view=pluginrespon

When I test checkout, PayPal receives payment fine, but if I click on any of the PayPal links that say they will direct me back to the ordersafety.com website, I get redirected to a blank page.

Any suggestions as to how/where to begin fixing this issue???

blank page is correct ..

it is just a php script.. and is sent with parameters from Paypal normally

you could start by logging the Paypal plugin and checking access logs to see these calls in their entirety
