free shipping code

I regret to ask for this question but it it is a couple of hours that I am trying to get it work:

Joomla 2.5 and VM 2 - I am trying to set the free shipping starting to EUR 50. I used this code:
Name=Shipping to Italy; Shipping=5.48;
Name=Shipping to Italy; 50<=Amount; Shipping=0
but it doesn't work. I believe it shouldn't be that difficult to have it set and can't tell why is not working.
I do installed Rule of VM and I wrote the code to rule field.

is this the Rules shipping plugin?  You should ask the developer...

but shouldn't it be   Name=Shipping to Italy; 50>=Amount; Shipping=0

Thanks for reply. I didn't pay attention to that as I copied the code from VM site.
Anyway didn't work the >< direction. I know it is something very stupid that I am missing but I can't tell what.

It is a 3rd party plugin not supported by this forum...
