Ok, so the 500 Error is due to the fact that the link is incorrect.

ok, so how to solve this ?
I've searched in the forum, but nothing is related to this problem after the update to Virtuemart 3.0.10 !
And i don't want to crash the actual website, modifying something wrong !

a 500 server error is (if u googled it) a std. error if "something" goes wrong and the processing of the page stops and tells nobody anything more than that...

You then need to find WHAT the error is in what ever logging or debugging you have available... as mentioned many times here.->  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=121692.0

That's crazy !
Is there anybody here to help people solving theses bugs !?!?
I've spend hours to search on forums, internet and all kind of thing, nobody is able to reply with simple answers and effectives solutions !
Before the update of Virtuemart, everything was fine, after the updating: nothing's working !
I've made this update on several website, with differents templates, and exaclty the same version of joomla, php, virtuemart : and this bug occurs on EVERY site !

How many times have we written to NEVER update without testing on a clone?

And u have done this multiple times....

If they are all on the same host then me thinks there is a clue...

some sites on the same host, with the same parameters,/template/joomla version/virtuemart version,etc.... are working fine...some don't....

The 500 error doesn't exit. : you're using a wrong link, and this error appear.

If you try to make an order (for example as a gust or creating a test client profile) using this link : www.api-culture.ch (wich is the correct one), everything is fine, until you try to finalise the checkout procedure.
I don't really know, how to explain this issue in a better way... :-[
