Additional Photos for items not showing

Hi there!

Very new to this but looking for help with our website.

Currently, the additional images for each product do not show anymore... sometimes the odd product will have little boxes where the images are supposed to be showing but other than that they just aren't working anymore.

Could any one possibly help me with this?

Last time someone reported a problem like this it was an issue with their commercial Joomla template.
