1. Shipping information is turned off in your shipping plugin configuuration (Show on product details page yes/no)

2. Use Firebug to check the css for titles and override with your required size style.  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=116620.0

3. If you have more than one shipping method you need the save button. Otherwise try setting the Enable Automatic Selected Shipment option in Configuration/Checkout

You should update your VM version, latest stable is 3.0.10 but test on a backup of the site first.  And please only ask one question per forum message!

Probably the language constant VMSHIPMENT_WEIGHT_COUNTRIES_WITH_SHIPMENT is not fully translated. The equivalent English language file is plugins/vmshipment/weight_countries/language/en-GB/en-GB.plg_vmshipment_weight_countries.ini

Either edit the string in the file or (preferably) make an override.  http://forum.virtuemart.net/index.php?topic=113895.0

Go to Joomla's language manager/Overrides and seach for the text - then set an override to replace with your own language version.

You can always help the VirtueMart project by adding the translations into Transifex.  http://virtuemart.net/community/translations
