Ask question about product - do not get contact to reply

Hello,
In a product detail page, when someone choose "Ask a question" about product button, than fill the form (name, e-mail, text), successfuly send. But when I get his question (e-mail) I do not se any contact to answer to the one who is asking about the product. How to fix this?

Is it any chance to find a contact somewhere, to answer, if the question was sent from non registred person?

The "Reply to" email address is sent in the mail header, so you only need to hit reply.

If someone is not registered they obviously will not exist in your database........

Ok, yes, so somewhere in a mail header it should be an e-mail adress of the person, who sent a question about the product (se attached file) and not e-mail of the store?
Where to set this?
