This is a message I get from clients from time to time

Hi. I've tried both friefox and chrome and I've been unable to make a purchase on your website. When I click add to cart all that appears is a small spinning wheel icon and doesn't go beyond this. It isn't an issue on my end as I've just re formatted this laptop so seems to be the website.

Its not a browser issue I'd imagine as my customers who complain about it tell me they try various browsers.

I am still getting orders from some clients but just not all of them.  It's hard to figure out the issue when it works for some and not for others.

Sorry about that.

Joomla 3.4.3 and virtuemart version is 3.0.9

The website is www.paperbear.ie

Most of the complaints come when people try to add to cart and it freezes. They can't even see cart.

We are receiving orders though too but must be a browser issue although so many complaints. Customers have also tried multiple browsers and computers but with no luck.

in simple terms your not forcing either https://paperbear.ie or https://www.paperbear.ie

add to cart works with https://paperbear.ie  - not with https://www.paperbear.ie because it is trying to load resources from https://paperbear.ie and thats not allowed with https -- the domain must be identical

simplest way is to just right a htaccess that forces either with or without www

Thanks so much for the explanation. I will take a look at this immediately. Would this explain why it works for some users and not some other users?

Great so we've changed that now so if you type in either it will go to https://paperbear.ie

Hopefully that will fix the issue. Thanks guys for your help :)

A customer just told me that they have pressed confirm purchase but the same problem was having where it just kept loading with the wheel spinning.  We have received some orders today so it does work. Is there something we are not doing right?
