HIDE A SPECIFIC CATEGORY OF PROFUCT IN FRONTPAGE

I need to hide a specific category of product in frontpage:
I need to show tpoten products or seen products ... however i dont want to hide thoese of a specific category

I have Candy prosuct shop
in front page i want to hide all the choccolate products (so one of many categories)
