Display Currency 3 letter representation instead of Symbol for Email Invoice

Dear All,

System will generate one email invoice and will send to user once user places the order.
Only in email invoice (nowhere other than email).

Now my question is:
In email invoice, we want to display Currency 3 letter representation instead of Symbol.
Example:
SKU   Product Name   Product status   Price    Qty   Subtotal   Discount   Tax           Total
sku1 Product1          Confirmed       $30.00   1    $30.00    $0.00    $0.00   $30.00

We want to show like below.
SKU   Product Name   Product status   Price           Qty   Subtotal           Discount     Tax                   Total
sku1 Product1          Confirmed            USD 30.00   1    USD30.00    USD 0.00      USD 0.00   USD 30.00


How can we do this, kindly suggest?
