Various questions about template

Hi guys.
I have seen many topics but I haven't found a solution to my questions...
Probably i am missing something so I ask to you.

First question.
I have migrated from vm2 to vm3. All was ok but now I have these boxes with borders and as you can see pagination has gone. I would like to remove first of all borders and then even shrink the columns to have 3 products in a row.
Where have I got to go to make these changes?

Second question.
How can I remove the filename in the product details?
