javascript on VM3

I'm considering or go tu VM3 or continue improving my website with VM". There is a matter that is too hard to me fix in VM2 (I don't plan to do so) and this is the load of the libraries (jQuerry, mootools) whe the page loads. I'd rather give it an async attribute, but that doesn't work, or at least minimize its weight to teh maximum (not use these libraries to provide more funcionality).
Well, the thing is that I've read about the new "VM JavaScript Handler" and I was wonderint how is the issue of javascript libraries VM3

VM3 is less affected by JavaScript conflicts so just give it a try!

The js handler is also implemented in vm2.6.18 now
