2 different prices for a product

Hi,
I'm looking for possibility to place 2 different prices for a product. Generally the idea is that to show customer the price which will be in force since a particular day. The price rise is planning for the majority of the products so I'd like to prepare customers so they wouldn't be surprised in that fact. The best would be if we had:
- a current price
- a future price with some "Come into force since: 'date' " text.
Is that possible?

If not, is there a possibility to prepare for that change?. I mean, assign 'the future price' to the product with the 'Come into force' date. So when the fixed day will come the 'future price' replaces the old one automatically....So I won't have to change them the first day when the new prices will be mandatory...
