Category Level

Hi,

In our shop (VM 3.0.9 with Joomla 3.4.1) I would like to show the product categories with two sub-level categories. But although I have set the sublevel entry in VM category module to 3 our categorie-menu only shows one sub-category. Does anyone know why this could be?
