Order Not Completed : Error Message???

I recently received a customer order that does not appear to have gone through (stuck on pending). The order has two error messages.

I walked through the front end and repeated the order process on the same product, with the same coupon/shipping, and was able to complete it with no problem.

Any thoughts on why the customer order received the messages in the attached screenshot?

if you do the addition you will see the cart adds up to 25.25
but the total sent is 25.26

I noticed the rounding digits are all set to -1 in the VM > Configuration > Pricing ... do you think it would be best to set this to 0?

no, -1 means that you use the rounding of the currency. Just in case http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Distributive_property#Distributivity_and_rounding

Ok, thanks Milbo for the link. I read through it, though sheepishly admit it's a little above my current level of understanding with regards to rounding. I've attached a screenshot of my settings. Do you have any recommendations as to what direction I might consider to adjust my settings to that the cart doesn't occasionally add up the total to be $0.01 off?
