Category visible to specfic shopper group

Hi,

We have a functionality in vm that you can select the shopper group for a product to be shown on front end.
I want  product category to be visible to shopper group which are selected from category(same functionality for categories).
I search for vm or any third party plugin,find nothing .

Please share any knowledge/info about this,as i think if you are able to show/hide product to certain shopper group,
its nice to show/hide whole category.
