Customer reviews missing

Dear all,

I have Virtuemart 1.1.9 and Joomla 1.5.22.
I can't find some customer reviews at the front page and back end admin. There were 17 reviews and the stars amounts are correct.
I can only see 15 now back and front end admin.

Does anyone know how to fix it? I don't really want to upgrade since there maybe some problems come out after upgrading and I am building up another new version website but the old one still needs to work. Thank you very much.
