Custom Filelds didn't work properly after upgrading from VM2 to VM3

Hello, We have just upgraded from VM2 to VM 3 and the custom fields didn't work properly.
The custom filelds type were Time in VM2.
They did't work on the new product admin site.
Can you please help me what to do with them?
