Cash on delivery on Virtuemart 3?

This might be a silly question but how do I setup Cash on delivery on virtuemart 3?

Use the standard payment method, and set the name to "Cash on Delivery"

If you install VirtueMart3.0.6.4_Joomla_2.5.28-Stable-Full_Package.zip from (maybe on local host) you will see that CPOD is already set up if you install the sample data.

I have already installed and I went pretty far with the development, is there anyway I can extract the plugin from the installation?
Also, is there anyway I can make the radiobuttons of the payment method and delivery method from the checkout page to be automatically selected (I have only one option for the payment method and one option for the delivery)?
I want to make the checkout page so the user doesn't have to select the payment method or delivery since there is only one option for each.
