Hi,

probably it is a stupid question; sorry in advance.

After installing virtuemart (3.0.6.3) in my joomla (3.4.0) I do not have a subfolder in "/templates/mytemplate/html" that is named "com_virtuemart" like it says in the documentation. That's why I cannot change the layout.
Shouldn't it be installed automatically?
Or do I have to install a virtuemart-template? Are there free ones?

Thanks for clues. Maybe just a hint/link.

/Christoph

The default VirtueMart template files are in components/com_virtuemart/views/xxxxxx/tmpl/  These files also call sublayout template files which are in components/com_virtuemart/sublayouts/
These template files may be edited and used as overrides, in which case they are placed in templates/[yourJoomlatemplate]/html/com_virtuemart/

In addition you may with to override the default VirtueMart css.  http://docs.virtuemart.net/tutorials/templating-layouts/106-override-vmsite-ltr-css.html
