when we click add to cart, without any slection from dropdown menu, the site work fine

but if we select from dropdown

The price does not added and show above at sale price nor the price adding to cart.

Nor shipping method is show, might be we had done some mistake in configuration, so what can be worn

You have js error, so the js does not work.

But without your vm and joomla version it will impossible to help you. At the end it is your template

-I am JOOMLA 3.3.6 and latest virtumart too.

Now, it working fine on my computer but my client is saying that it does not work on his computer, we did not install any ip blocking or firewall, so is that possible it can be ip issue any way?

latest virtuemart is not really sufficient in special if someone reads this thread some weeks later. Please specify your version. Maybe your client uses another Browser? then tell your browsers and exact version
