Hello folks,
I have a problem with "ask a question" link. It's is not working correctly.
when i enter the email, the name and the subject and press enter i received the following message
Notice:
You must provide at least one recipient email address.
Mail sent successfully :o

The shop owner did'nt receive any mail

Am using Joomla! 2.5.27 And the VirtueMart is 3.0.2
Can any one help me please

Update to VM3.0.6.2 (test on a backup copy of your site), as many bugs have been fixed since 3.0.2

Hello,

I am trying to solve the same problem on two websites (Joomla! 3.3.6 and 3.4.0, Virtuemart 3.0.6.2 on both): when you quit input area "name" or "email", the text you added disappears, though the color text is #777 and background white or light yellow.

What can we do?

Hello,

On one of these websites, it was a CSS instruction in the template that added top and bottom margins and I needed to force min-height for viewing text. It's OK now!
